When you submit a request through our digital portal, your personal identifiers and travel requirements are encrypted and transmitted directly to our secure SMTP server. No copy is stored in a public-facing website database, effectively eliminating the risk of data breaches common with standard travel agencies.
We collect only the information necessary to craft your itinerary. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request a full report of all email communications we hold relating to your identity and to request their absolute deletion from our archival systems.
Our site utilizes high-tier aviation and hotel APIs to provide real-time luxury inventory. These third-party partners may collect non-identifiable usage data to refine their service delivery. We do not sell or trade your personal preferences with any external entities.
