By accessing the Beautic Travel portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services are designed for the discerning traveler and require adherence to international aviation and hospitality protocols.
All bespoke itineraries require a standard planning retainer before detailed scouting commences. A booking is considered confirmed only upon the execution of a Service Agreement and the receipt of the initial deposit. Our agency acts as a representative of the client to third-party providers (hotels, jet charters, private estates).
Beautic Travel shall be held harmless for any disruptions caused by unforeseen geopolitical events, weather-related delays, or "Acts of God." We mandate that all clients utilize our AXA Luxury Shield protection or provide proof of equivalent premium coverage.
All "Masterpiece Itineraries" generated by our specialists remain the intellectual property of Beautic Travel. Unauthorized redistribution or sharing of these proprietary journey designs with other agencies is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action in Los Angeles County, CA.
